Privacy Policy

Project: Green Bio Token

Ecosystem token: GBIO

Effective date: specified upon publication

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use Green Bio Token services.

The Green Bio Token ecosystem includes:

  • Web3 infrastructure and smart contracts;
  • digital product passports (Product Passport NFT);
  • GBIO token as a utility digital asset;
  • off-chain services (API, Workers, Monitoring);
  • physical products and waste recycling technologies.

By using our website, dApp, API, and other interfaces, you agree to this Policy.

2. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

We process data under applicable privacy and digital asset laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including:

  • personal data protection laws;
  • compliance requirements in relevant jurisdictions;
  • provisions governing digital economy and digital assets.

We also follow widely accepted privacy principles such as data minimization, purpose limitation, and security.

3. Terms and Definitions

  • User — any person interacting with the Green Bio Token ecosystem.
  • Personal Data — information that directly or indirectly identifies a user.
  • GBIO — the utility token of the Green Bio Token ecosystem.
  • Product Passport NFT — a digital product passport linked to a physical object via QR code.
  • Off-chain Data — data processed outside the blockchain (servers, databases).
  • On-chain Data — public blockchain data.

4. Architecture and Data Sources

Our platform has multiple technical layers. Each layer processes only the data needed for its role:

  • Frontend — user interaction with interfaces and wallets;
  • Backend / API Core — user accounting, business logic, analytics;
  • Worker Core — QR code generation, blockchain monitoring, background processes;
  • Blockchain Layer — smart contracts, GBIO token, NFT passports;
  • Monitoring Core — collection of technical metrics (without personal identification).

5. What Data We Collect

5.1 User-Provided Data

This may include:

  • email address;
  • name / alias;
  • support requests;
  • KYC data (only if required by law or partners).

5.2 Technical and System Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP address;
  • device and browser type;
  • cookies and session data;
  • date, time, and actions in the system;
  • technical metrics (load, errors).

5.3 Blockchain Data

The project does not collect or store private keys.

Because blockchain is public, the following data can be visible:

  • wallet addresses;
  • transaction hashes;
  • smart contract data;
  • Product Passport NFT identifiers.

Blockchain records are generally immutable, so this data usually cannot be changed or deleted.

6. Purposes of Data Processing

We process data only for the following purposes:

  • functioning of the Green Bio Token ecosystem;
  • accrual and accounting of GBIO tokens;
  • issuance and display of Product Passport NFTs;
  • confirmation of product origin and recycling technologies;
  • ensuring system security and stability;
  • compliance with legal requirements;
  • improving user experience.

7. Physical Products and Technology Complexes

The Green Bio Token ecosystem is connected to real products and technologies, including:

  • organic and organo-mineral fertilizers;
  • protein-energy supplements;
  • agro-industrial waste processing complexes.

Data on production processes, recycling volumes, and environmental impact:

  • may be tokenized;
  • are aggregated;
  • do not contain personal data of end consumers;
  • are used for NFT passport creation and analytics.

8. Data Sharing with Third Parties

The project does not sell personal data.

We share data only when necessary, for example:

  • legal requirements;
  • work with technical contractors (hosting, monitoring);
  • interaction with blockchain networks, exchanges, and banks;
  • KYC/AML providers (when necessary).

In every case, we share only the minimum data required.

9. Data Storage and Protection

We protect data using the following measures:

  • data encryption;
  • access and role control;
  • container isolation;
  • 24/7 monitoring and alerting;
  • regular security audits.

We keep data only as long as needed for legal or operational purposes.

10. Web3 and GBIO Token Specifics

When you use Web3 features, please note:

  • GBIO transactions are irreversible;
  • blockchain data is immutable;
  • responsibility for the wallet and keys lies with the user.

The project cannot restore access to a wallet or cancel a transaction.

11. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • receive information about their data;
  • request correction or deletion (if permissible);
  • withdraw consent;
  • contact authorized bodies.

12. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies for:

  • proper service functioning;
  • analytics;
  • security.

You can manage cookie settings in your browser.

13. International Data Transfer

Because we use blockchain and cloud infrastructure, some data may be processed in other jurisdictions. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.

14. Limitation of Liability

Green Bio Token is not responsible for:

  • third-party blockchains and services;
  • user actions;
  • loss of wallet access;
  • market and technical risks of Web3.

15. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version is always published through official Green Bio Token resources.

16. Contact Information

If you have privacy questions, contact us through official Green Bio Token channels.
